Personal training here at Pinewood Fitness Centre has been overseen by one of Australia's premier Sports Specific Personal Trainer, Coach and owner of Pinewood Fitness - John Rogowski.

Members who require specific results, extra motivation, or accelerate results will benefit tremendously from using a Personal Trainer.

PT's will provide accountability and motivation, as well as extra support in the area of sensible eating, technique correction and goal setting.
